Halloumi Cheese which Cypriots call as “halloumi” is produced in Meditarrenean in Turkey especially in Mersin and Silifke. - Halloumi Cheese which is middle hard, can be stretched to some extent and salty cheese has very delicious taste when it is panned. It is prepared as 250gr lumps or salted in the shape of rectangle. So, it is a long life cheese.
