MOZZARELLA

Mozzarella cheese includes 30 percent of the cheese consumed all around the world. Mozzarella which is acquired from the milk of buffalo should be consumed in 1-2 days. So as to make it more durable, it is produced from milk of cow.

Mozzarella, which is one of the most famous Italian cheeses, is preferred especially in pizzas because of the fact that it melts quickly. It is made from fat milk, without salt and by taking its fat. With respect to the ordinary mozzarella it has a more softy structure and more delicious taste.

 It is advised to cook 270°-300° C in 3-5 min. Keep in 0°- 4° C Protect in –10°C (For long term keeping).
