Cheese of MİHALİÇ There are various kinds of cheese in Marmara. Cheese of Mihaliç which is produced in Balıkesir-Bursa is very special. Famous toast of Susurluk is prepared with this cheese. Stiff, fatty, salty and very durable cheese of Mihaliç is preferred especially when it is porous. It can be used in breakfast and in toast. Also, when it is grated on macaroni, it isn’t different from Parmesan cheese.
